| "Jelenik Construction executed a major renovation of my townhouse in Watersedge, this year, 2008, I could not have been more pleased with the end results. As the process evolved and big changes were made to the original plans, Dave never lost patience. He was a great source for better design suggestions and how to keep the costs down. Whatever increases in the price the change orders incurred, they were always fair and reasonable. He was a whizz at handling the paper work, permits etc that were involved with the Building Department, Home Owners Association etc. He installed beautiful solid wood floors throughout and to help me select the best quality for the least money, he took me to see various vendors, as he did with the tile, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, etc. Dave is a gem, I could not have found a more agreeable contractor to work with, his staff at the office made sure there were prompt responses to my calls or email's.
